The court board displays all courts and time slots in a clear table view. Members can see in real time which courts are available and book with just a few clicks. Includes weather forecast, smart booking rules and ball machine option.

With the Pro plan, members can book courts, check available times and cancel bookings via ChatGPT – simply by sending a chat message. For example: "Book Court 3 for me tomorrow at 2 PM". The integration uses OAuth2 for secure authentication.

Yes! Starting with the "Club" plan, you get tournament management (with groups, registrations, results) and team management (league matches with availability polling, lineups, iCal export).

Yes, starting with the "Club" plan. Members receive push notifications for new bookings, messages, training changes and more – directly on their smartphone or desktop.

The Starter plan is permanently free – for up to 30 members and 2 courts. For larger clubs or more features, there are the "Club" (49 €/month) and "Pro" (99 €/month) plans. Both can be tried free for 14 days.

No. All plans can be cancelled at any time at the end of the billing period. With annual payment you save 2 months, but you are only committed until the end of the year.

Yes. An upgrade is possible at any time and is activated immediately. A downgrade takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

All data is stored on servers in Germany and transmitted encrypted via SSL/TLS. The database is additionally encrypted. We are fully GDPR compliant.

Typically, the basic setup takes less than 5 minutes: create your club, configure courts and invite members via invitation link. Done! The detailed configuration (booking rules, trainers, teams) can then be done step by step.

After cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days for recovery purposes. After that, it is irrevocably deleted. You can request an export of your data at any time before cancellation.
